We were so excited to see these new breads at the Nashville Farmer's Market! It is so hard to find good European bread, and the Bohemian Three-Seed is just what we've been looking for! Dense, chewy and full of flavor!!!

Your bread is positively delicious. It reminds me of the fresh, wood fired breads of Eastern Europe, but with an abundance of seeds/grains that give it a wonderful texture. This is bread redefined. I am thrilled someone is making it around here! Thanks so much. Yum!
